Green Rock Enterprises, LLC (“Green Rock”) is an Energy & Infrastructure advisory and consulting boutique specializing in the South East Asia & Pacific Regions with offices and representatives in Indonesia and Singapore.

Green Rock was founded in 2015 by energy, infrastructure and financial industry veterans with technical engineers who have been successfully consulting, advising, raising capital and investing since the mid-1990s. Green Rock principals have a long history of successfully assisting clients with their strategic, technical evaluation and financing needs. Additionally, Green Rock’s team have built-up over the years long-standing and extensive relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

A challenge for larger mainstream financial institutions is building the expertise to assist viable, fundable, medium scale energy and infrastructure projects or companies, and matching them with investors and capital providers who have an appetite for small to medium size deals. These needs continue to dominate the energy space.

Green Rock’s expertise is targeted at filling this gap in the value chain by connecting capital with energy investment opportunities available today in South East Asia & Pacific Regions. Will has over 25 years experience in leading and building sustainable teams and businesses within existing financial institutions. His strengths include developing strategies, providing financial advisory services, and working with key stakeholders to ensure the overall results are valuable for his clients. Will maintains key relationships with major global and regional companies across the oil & gas, mining & metals, global commodities and power & utility sectors. He has advised and raised multi-billion dollars of capital for M&A, structured finance and project finance transactions in the LNG, O&G, Refining, Petrochemical, Power, and Mining industries.

ROBERT LEMMEY
ADVISOR

Rob has over 43 years of Oil and Gas industry technical and managerial experience with Schlumberger, Halliburton & Triangle Energy. Throughout his career he has been active in starting up and running Service and Upstream operating companies, and training local staff to manage these businesses. In the past 4 years he has been active in Upstream and Downstream investing, with Blackstone, Lamara Energy and Green Rock Enterprises. His success has been based on wide experience in all areas of oil & gas operations across many different product lines within South East Asia & Pacific, Middle East, and European countries.

ADVISOR

Rudy has over 20 years experience engineering and process related industries in multiple disciplines. He has gained invaluable experience in strategic analysis and commercial analysis, nancial structuring and valuation, and nancial modelling. His work has been noteworthy in start-ups, application of newer technology or methods to enhance performance, valuation of businesses for acquisitions, and optimising specic tactics to achieve the strategic outcome. Rudy has worked with the Green Rock team for nearly 2 years on hydrocarbon transactions in the upstream, mid-stream and down-stream oil & gas sectors.
